Any ICB members on the forum need to be aware that tickets for the ICB Conference and awards dinner are selling out fast, so if you are still to book your place contact ICB, take it from me who went to the last event that it is well worth attending.
The conference is also open to NON MEMBERS be good to see you there.

Welcome to the forum. This month I have been swamped with work and it looks like it going to be like this for me for some time to come, which is why its taken me so long to find your "hello" post and welcome you.
Dave thought that we were being a bit stroppy with a newcomer / training provider but the truth is that there were just very few people actually visiting the site when he joined.
All got cleared up and I think Dave now appreciates that we're not on here all of the time (although at over 2900 posts now one would be forgiven for thinking that I am!).

My first welcome on my original thread, many thanks for that much appreciated. I think after getting no welcome and noticing that over 40 people and seen my new thread and the first few posts I read were knocking training providers I put 2 and 2 together and just like an unqualified Bookkeeper I came up with 5 lol. I do understand how busy people are as I myself cant seem to find enough hours in the day hence me making this post before 5 am. Shaun with reference to your 2900 posts it just shows how passionate you are about what you do, so that is one thing we certainly have in common. Thanks Again. Dave
Hello Dave and welcome, The people on here have been a magnificent help to me and many others judging from the posts i've written and read. I often feel like a scared school leaver when i post something on here but the responses instill confidence. I hope some day in the future i can be of such a help to others. It is always good for beginners like me to come across genuine training providers as one can not have too many to choose from. I will be checking out Training Link for future study and possibly bombarding you with silly questions lol.
@ Frauke, I know what you mean about work, looking forward to having a few days off at christmas! Whats happened to the recession, theres no sign of it with me for the last few months, as things generally picked up with everyone?
