I've just received an email from the IAB in responce to a question I asked relating to limitations imposed on what work can be carried out at differing levels of experience and qualification, and it seems there aren't any!?

Is this usual?

I was under the impression that I would only be allowed to offer services up TB until I had more experience - or am I getting Supervision confused with something else?

I am a member of the IAB and I don't remember ever being told what I could or couldn't do. That's not to say it doesn't exist somewhere.....!
