SAGE Bank reconciliation and memory
Permalink Closed

I have been happily doing bank reconciliations on SAGE since last October, saving a PDF and printing a copy.

However on the last bank rec, when I went to do the last bank rec, I matched all the transactions and when I went to reconcile, it came up with a message to do with the PDF memory being full. I dont know the exact wording as the message appeared and went again. I was not too worried as I assumed I would be able to see the reconcilled transactions by going to the history but it is not shown in the history. If I check in Financials, it does say the transactions are reconcilled.

Do I need to delete the PDFs which SAGE automatically saves to a folder. Is there a way to view the history again?

Hi there,

Not come across this before myself but you could try deleting some of the old bank rec pdfs that are saved in the "Statements" folder in the Company file.
