Sage 50 query

One of my clients wants to be able to tweak Sage 50 in order to be able to put individual price and discount against each individual customer. Is that feasible, can it be done by me/the client or does it need to be programmed by other people or Sage.  If not would it be available on any possible Sage upgrade?

good morning,
There are various discounts that can be set or set prices against products.
Customer Record = default set discount
Product Record = pricing structure / Add / special customer price (set %, fixed price etc)
