Part-time vacancy - trainee bookkeeper - St Albans
Permalink Closed

Hi all. I have unfortunately lost my employee to another employer and am therefore looking for someone new.

The position is trainee bookkeeper, preferably with knowledge of Quickbooks and Sage, although not essential.

The hours are 9am-1pm, Monday to Friday, and the office is based in St Albans. The wages are not enormous (£6,500 per annum).

The position would suit

- someone semi retired and looking for a small income;

- someone interested in setting up their own practice who might like a steady income while using the afternoons to build their own practice;

or - someone training with ICB or AAT and needing workplace experience.

Please e-mail your Curriculum Vitae to Liz@needhamaccountancy.com if you are interested.

Thanks.

Hi,
Is this position still vacant?
I have passed my level 1 and 2 manual bookkeeping with ICB and am in the process of studying for a certificate in computerised bookkeeping.
I haven't got an up to date CV at the moment as I was going to finish my course before looking for work in this field but the business where I work full time at the moment has just been taken over and so I may be looking for bookkeeping work sooner than anticipated.
Thanks in advance,
Carly

Hi Carly. It is still available but I will need to see a CV, I'm afraid.

Sorry Jon. I didn't see this until now. I'm running interviews on Wednesday / Thursday of this week. However, if it doesn't work out I'll be in touch.

I haven't seen the posts as the person was been banned before I arrived - but the name still remains when you click recent posts. Pretty insensitive.
