A massive congratulations to our tutor Angela Capeling who walked away with the ICB tutor of the year award at the ICB Global Awards Dinner attended by HRH Prince Michael of Kent.

Angelas reaction when her name was called as the winner will stay with me for the rest of my life, pure elation, shock and tears of joy, I think it touched everyone in the room.  

May I personally thank all our students who took their time to write in such glowing appraisals of Angela

All in all it was a great event and well done to all the runners up whose hard work and dedication in providing student support has been recognised and truly appreciated.

I would also like to mention the winner of the final award of the night. To celebrate the ICBs 15th Birthday the ICB in their wisdom gave their inaugural Lifetime Achievement Award to the ICB Vice President Leslie Ellis. Leslie has worked tirelessly representing the ICB and those that know him or know of him have the utmost respect for his efforts and his reputation and high regard goes far and wide, this made apparent with the standing ovation he received when collecting his award.

Well done to all winners and role on next year. A fantastic event.

I enjoyed the event immensely. Aside from the awards it was lovely to see everyone dressed up!

It was a lovely evening. I won't forget Angie's face even the next morning she still couldn't beleive it, well done she deserved it.

Congratulations to all the winners.

I will pass on your praises to the ICB team that organised the event.

There seem to be a mass of praise across a multitude of forums and social sites today so glad everyone enjoyed it!
