Hi,

I'm new here, just signed up following successful completion of the OU course 'Introduction to Bookkeeping and Accounting'.

Found it really useful and it taught me a lot.  I'm currently working in an accounts role at a small manufacturing company, and would like to start up on my own at some point.  My father is also an Accountant.

Just thought I'd introduce myself as it looks like this site could be very helpful.

Just read through these posts and it sounds like an introduction at Alcoholics Anonymous lol, oops not that i would know.

Anyway Neil, I'm a calculator purchasing addict. Been clean since Saturday when I slipped and bought two staples 550 desktop calculators. (pause for group approval / disapproval).
