When your an employee I know you can claim for fuel when your employee does not pay this for you. Why is it you cannot claim the car as a capital allowance but you can claim equipment and machinery?
You question does not quite make sense, but I think thats because the second "employee" should be "employer"?
I presume you are referring to the mileage allowance? If you are, the mileage allowance includes a contribution towards buying the car, which is main reason you can't claim capital allowances.
