Advice on becoming a bookkeeper
Permalink Closed

Hi all,

I have completed the icb level 1 and 2 manual bookkeeping and have just started with the computerised bookkeeping.  My goal is to become a freelance book-keeper and I was wondering what I should be doing next in order to acheive this.  I know I can get a practice licence from the icb once I have completed my studies.  I have some business cards, website and flyers printed and my friends have hinted that they would like to use my services.   I guess I am not confident and will I need a specialised computer software? is £15.00 ph reasonable? besides receipts, cash book, bank statements what else do clients give you?

Thank you for your help guys.
