I have been shown to how to most of the basic accounts for our company. The real book keeper visits every 3 months to make sure everything is ok. I am a little stuck and my query is: last time the bookeeper was in she deducted the remaining amount from an invoice so she could reconcile the bank statements, it was just pennies. The amount I want to deduct is 0.66p, I do think she mentioned doing it under by discounting it, but I can not fully remember how to go about it.
