PayPal Reports

Does anyone know a way of getting an activity report that looks something like a conventional bank statement, without the confusing transaction status' and type descriptions, which can have several contra lines for one transaction.

Also one that downloads, or prints in go, rather than having to load each page individualy to print it.

It may just be me but the reports seem to be pretty rubbish, if you want to reconcile the account.

Bill

Can you not export/download the history in Excel format (csv)? The extra information can be annoying - especially if you happen to have bought stuff from abroad (China/Hong Kong etc). At least, that's how I remembered it - it has been a while since I last downloaded my own history in Paypal.

I've done it. It's a PITA. Even the export option.

You can get a download, and choose your download options. I used it more as a backup in case of inspection than anything else.
