Hi,

Recently, I discovered one online software:

quickfile.co.uk

What do you think about this one ?

I think this is free and easy to use but I'm not sure if useful.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Actually, it does look good and very professional.

Where's the catch?

How do they make any money? They're hiring additional .Net developers so they must have an input stream somewhere???

I think under this link
http://www.quickfile.co.uk/resources/pricing.aspx?accNumber=6131403021
they act as accountants.

This is a catch.

I have started using Quickfile for a new company the last 3 months. I find it very easy to use and if you are stuck as to where to post an entry, you can contact Quickfile and they normally get back to you within 24 hours with the answer. The reply from them is free of charge. I have had to ask about the fuel scale charge this weekend and even got a reply today on Easter Bank Holiday Monday! Would definitely recommend them.

it does look good although I am also confused how run for free.

I have been looking at another free online provider for my small clients - https://mybrightbook.com/

now even more confused as both look suitable.

I was looking for some kind of cloud invoicing service for one of my clients, QuickFile looked to fit the bill, I'm just not sure.

Hi Guys,

I came across this thread as I searched the forum for some information about this software.

I was wondering if anyone had tried using it?

Looking at their video it looks like a very good bit of software. I just don't get the 'free' element. I have approx 50 clients currently using KashFlow, which obviously they/ I pay for. If it is a good bit of software it may well be worth transferring them! Surely they would not want me to not pay for it? I do realise they are accountants and trying to get the business but there is no way I would want my clients to be sent their way!
