... who phoned me with a professional query regarding a client of mutual interest this afternoon.

Her name is Marie Boyle or very similar, likely to be in the Herefordshire / W Worcestershire / N Gloucestershire area. Unfortunately, the voicemeail was indistinct and it stopped redording before she was able to leave her number.

She really does need to speak to me about this client.

I'm sorry if this is the incorrect place to leave this message but I'm taking a long shot that other bookkeepers in practice might know of her.

Another long shot but have you tried the book-keeping and accountancy websites to see if she is listed as a MIP.
