Call Answering Service

Afternoon/Evening all,

I just wanted to pick your brains to see if anybody had used a call answering service for when they are in meetings or not available

I've missed 3 calls in the last few weeks because I have either been on site at a clients or I've been talking to another client or been busy and thought it would look more professional to have cover for these instances and also to help if I was away on holiday.

Does anybody have any good or bad experiences or companies info. taht they would like to share.

Hi Ben,

haven't used one myself but there used to be a member on here, Robh (Robert Hopson) who for a while was one of the major contributors to the site.

As this is non geographic if you are looking for a starting point drop Rob a line as he's very freindly and approachable.

Hi Steve,

there was some issue with his site logon. From the description he gave it sounds as though his ip address was banned but site admin checked and everything seemed to be ok.

I think to be honest though that Rob was relieved that the spell of the site was broken so he was able to get back to paying work rather than spending all day going off peist with Bill and myself... Methinks that Neil and yourself are doing an excellent job of stepping into the third Amigo's shoes though Steve wink

We use ansacom who are great. they get to know your business and can just take call or book appointments/orders etc and cover while you're on holiday. www.ansacom.co.uk
