Do I need a multi company licence

I have ?Sage 50 on a two user licence, and am starting up a new venture which is connected to my existing business but I want it run seperately for accounting purposes.

Do I need to get an additional company or can I just set it up and then re install the data base when I do work on the new venture.

Any advice very welcome

A two user licence is software licensed for two people to work on one company individually or simultaneously. Two companies require two a company or a multi-company licence.
