Royal Mail charges

So what is everybody going to do now that royal mail have decided to significantly increase postage costs, not that it wasn't expensive enough in the first place...

I am now sending everything by e-mither, whether the customer likes it or not.

I will continue to use imail and cfh docmail for real mailings. I have increased the number of emails I use recently and I'm looking at an online system for signing contracts too.
