Hi All,

We pay for the hosting of a website for a local sports club and on the website we have a link to our website. The invoices include vat, are we able to claim this back as it is advertising or am I looking at in wrong and it is a donation?

Thanks,

Who is the invoice made out too?

If made out to your business then dont see any reason why you cant reclaim the VAT.  If made out to the sports club then you wouldnt be able to claim the VAT and i would probably put through the cost as advertising.

Regards
