Just about to form my second ever limited company for a client. Is it a requirement to have a paper certificate of incorporation? The client isn't bothered but I'm not sure if the bank will ask for a copy when setting up an account?
Not sure if this is still a requirement but I think it creates a sense of permanence if the Certificate is framed and displayed near the entrance to a registered office.
Yes, the bank asked me to Amanda all of three times I've opened one, but was a few years ago so wasn't sure. Was always taught to use a high grade paper too. Tim
