P87 advice

Hi

I regulary complete P87s for my clients but I have came up against one I am unsure of. He has his own car however gets a car allowance added to his pay each month and he has a fuel card. I worked out the fuel based on what he is still eligable to claim ie.45p-19p he is paid = 26p for first 10,000 miles however the part of the form that asked you to state what you have been paid by the company where you would put the 19p per mile do you also have to put a note of the car allowance you are being paid each month?
