The type of charges that need to be registered at Companies House are shown here. I would get your client to double check with the bank what they mean. Do they mean that a CCJ is being shown as not satisfied on the Register of Judgements, Orders, and Fines (in which case, see here for guidance about amending the register) or are they actually referring to some other charge that has been registered at Companies House (in which case, provided that this has been satisfied, your client could submit a MG02 form).

A client had a CCJ against it about 3 years ago which was settled fairly quickly in full. The bank are now saying that the CCJ is still showing as not discharged at Companies House. I rang Companies House to find out what we needed to do to mark it as discharged only to be told they didn't keep records of CCJs and it wouldn't be them who needed notifying of the discharge. Any ideas please ?
Her email states a ccj at companies house - but she's not very good. I've paid £8 to do a search of all judgements and nothing has come up. I'll send her the report and see if she goes away happy !! Thank you
