Hi

Do any of you guys and gals offer a Company Formation Service as an add-on to your core bookkeeping service.

Do you need any special qualifications to offer this service, at first glance it seems like a relatively easy way to earn a few extra pounds?

Yes I offer it as an additional service

It can be a useful way in to doing a businesses books for them because if they come to you to set up their limited company you are in with a chance of keeping them to do their bookkeeping, payroll etc.

I am not aware that you need any special qualifications

I offer it too. A sample of my charge would be £150 to set the company up and register it for VAT and payroll.
