Sage Fund Accounting Question
Permalink Closed

Greetings everyone, I recently started working at a Non-Profit organization and have been using this software. When entering invoices I know that F5 will copy the value entered into the above text into that single cell. Additionally F6 will copy the entire row above into the row being entered. My question is if I have say 50 rows and need to copy the same value from the top cell all the way down to all 50 cells (say for example after I've entered a distribution code), is there a way to copy the value from the one cell into all the cells vertically? Currently I go down the column one row at a time hitting F5 and just feel like there should be a more streamlined way of doing this.

Thank you for all your help, Scott

Hi Scott,

I don't think there is a way of doing that on Sage - at least if there is I haven't discovered it!
