Just taken on a new client working form home and wondered what the best way is to inform the client of outstanding bills to creditors that are not paid by standing order direct debit etc.. Do you email them a list of the suppliers and amounts that want paying or scan the invoices and email them, or what?
I wouldn't spend time on scan/emailing invoices unless the client particularly asked to see them. I would normally send a creditors list from the accounts software, highlighting those that are paid by so/dd so as to avoud duplicate payments
