When you say "attribute invoices to one contract" and "change name and address for individual invoices but have them in a client" I assume by client and contract you mean customer ledger account - so for example, John Smith's invoice, Joe Bloggs' invoice, Fred Brown's invoice all get posted to the Orange account.
In which case, yes, when you create a new invoice for any given customer account, the name and address can be edited on the invoice screen.
You might also want to edit the invoice template so that the customer account reference isn't printed.
