In sage are you able to run a P&L for the full year, showing a split month by month and a ytd total?

Yes you can.

Go to Financials, Reports, Management Analysis Reports, Management Analysis Reports - Standard Budgeting

then select the report Profit & Loss Monthly (PNL_MTH)

Pretty ugly report mind you...

But then I would say that having developed OptegraMRP...

Now this leads to another question smile

is it possible to show a gross profit margin on these reports on sage?

Possibly via report designer... Save yourself time and effort and wow your clients... Take a look at the sample report OptegraMRP creates on our site (link below) Use it free for a month and you will see the benefit! Jeremy

I believe the answer to that is no, because of the way the report designer tots things up.

However, last time this came up I think someone pointed out another report that does have this information.
