I have a client who's business offers help to women who are pregnant, e.g. yoga and massage. But she has asked me, would she be able to put through a university fees (she's studying law), as a friend told her that she's able to put through the accounts as she said that she has to write up contracts in work, like do I suppose with our Letter of Engagements.
We don't need a law degree to write up letters of engagement Lorraine.
If it's not wholly and exclusively for the purpose of the business........................I don't think it would be allowed for tax purposes.
Neil.
What Neil said but strike the "I don't think".
Don't you just love the advice that clients get from people "down the pub" who guess an answer and put it accross as fact.
kind regards,
Shaun.
p.s. Neil. Nice one young Padawan. I see the force is growing strong in your replies. lol

I have replied many times only to then delete said replies, Shaun. I do however keep a track (and my fingers crossed) of the other posters responses and measure how well i did, you are all like free tutorists lol.
I'm really going to have to sort out my credit control procedures.
