Nominal code help for land purchased

Good afternoon everyone! 

Please could you help me with some coding advice?  The company I work for has purchased some land, which nominal code would I use for this please?

Also, we as a company are currently renovating a property in order for rent it out as a holiday cottage, which code would I use for the building works please?

Property renovating is not normally our line of expertise.

Any help would be gratefully received.
