Description
As a Sage Support technician you will be joining a busy software development company specializing in property management software for landlords and agents. You will provide online support for its growing customer base using a ticketing system. You will also be required to provide online installation and training and have a good understanding of using Sage 50 Accounts and Microsoft windows based pc's as well as understanding the lettings process. Training will be provided where necessary
About you
·AAT or equivalent preferred
·Excellent understanding of sage, double entry procedures and have a good understanding of balance sheet and profit and loss accounts
·Able to communicate with customers with a confident and professional manner
·A good understanding of using windows based pc's
·Work as part of a team and can provide input to company procedures
·Be able to work in an organised manner
Your Duties
·Learn and understand Landlord Manager for Sage and general letting procedures
·Monitor and reply to support tickets within the due period
·Log on remotely to customer pcs to resolve issues
·Offer Sage help where required
·Build up the knowledge base from responses from customers and our findings
·Develop Training guides and provide training remotely to new users
·Provide online installations of Landlord Manager and Sage
·Follow data protection laws for both Visionbase and Client data
