one question, i have new customers, they are two men, they have a building company but they want to register both of them as a director and shareholder at the same time, it´s that possible?? thanks
Would download what is currently submitted at Companies House (www.companieshouse.gov.uk) and print off anything that is filed to see what is the current situation re directors and shareholders (costs £1 per report).
Fairly easy to join as a director. Form needed from Companies House which can either be submitted online if registered to submit documents online or you can use old fashioned post.
To issue new shares then provided there is enough authorised share capital to do so is just a case of filing in a form (think called SH01) and submit to Companies House.
Also need to update Companies Register with details of new directors and shareholders.
shareholders and directors are both necessary part of the companies and i think with out any one of both no companies run in smooth way..bothy have different job in the companies that,s why i think both are necessary..
