Sage Instant Accounting version 18 2012

I am using this for a new client and went to transfer data onto my home computer from my laptop but I keep getting the message when I try and restore that the data was installed using a later version but I have only used this one and when I check for updates it says there are none.

 

We are not covered by Sage help as we bought it over 3 months ago

 

Any suggestions?
