Sage Support/Trainer with excellent customer service skills

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated team player to join an expanding property management software company based in Sheffield S10

Description


As a Sage Support/Trainer, you will be joining a busy software company specialising in property management software for the lettings industry. You will be required to provide online training with a good understanding of using Sage 50 Accounts and Microsoft windows based PC's. Full training on our lettings software and procedures will be provided.
About you


 AAT or equivalent preferred but not essential
 Excellent understanding of Sage, double entry procedures and a good understanding of balance sheets and profit and loss accounts
 Ability to communicate with customers in a confident and professional manner
 Ability to work in a small team and happy to input ideas
 Highly organised and calm approach


Your Duties
 Learn and understand Landlord Manager for Sage and general letting procedures
 Offer Sage help where required
 Build up the knowledge base from responses from customers
 Develop Training guides and provide training remotely to new users
 Follow data protection laws for both company and client data
General Information

Location: Sheffield S10

Hours: 40 hrs. per week

Holidays: 20 days per annum plus Bank Holidays
