I reopening the topic.

Maybe someone could recommend me some Radio station/channel , where the book-keepers topics are discussed on (tax, book-keeping, payrolls etc). It could be on-line radio or normal.

I will be so grateful.

Maciej

I can't imagine that it would be something that there would be a call for.

When working I expect to be in absolute silence. How can you think if you are listening to a Radio?

If looking for discussions then I go to here and Accountingweb and Opentuition.

ACCA do occassional pod casts and there are non interactive bits and bobs on YouTube.

I may be completely wrong but I'm not seeing any great demand for an accountants radio station (yourself excepted of course).

Sorry that it's not the answer that you are looking for but hope that you do find something that suits your requirements,

kind regards,

Shaun.

I can't work on my own without something playing in the background - but that's just me.

Maybe Biker has identified a gap that BKN could fill. I'm su.re a collection of podcasts would be useful for everyone here, and could provide a platform for other firms/bodies to communicate with us

As far as I'm concerned, the radio station for bookkeepers is Classic FM. Although I don't actually have a radio in the office. But if I did, it would be.

I used to like radio 2, but as i get older the annoying presenters from radio 1 seem to move over to radio 2, is it really time for radio 3?

Thanks for answers!

I'm looking for some radio station (on-line or traditional), destine for accountans, where you have e.g daily news from this branch. I'm not looking for simply channel from some business radio but hole radio station with accountans topics only.

I'm really curious. My board of directores command me to make this small research.

I looking for myself, but, I didn't find radio station mainly or only for accountants profession :-/

Probably cause one doesnt exist.  Or wouldnt expect one to exist.

Who in there right mind would run a radio station only for accountant professionals?

If you need to research about a topic that is what books and the internet is for.

Regards

Mark
