Visionbase Software Ltd is a successful property management software company based in Sheffield, with customers throughout the UK. Visionbase is unique in that it has developed the only property management software in the market which integrates with Sage and is an authorised Sage developer.
The role
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join a small, dedicated team. The role involves the provision of post-sales user training for new customers, ensuring they have a full understanding of the software. Customer support is also a key element of the role
This is a full-time position and will be based in Sheffield, with the majority of training and support being given online. As the job evolves, there is likely to be the possibility of site visits to provide training to our bigger customers.
Full training on the software and support system will be given.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to take real ownership of training and evolve processes and documentation accordingly; making improvements over time as the software continues to develop. The right individual will become a key member of the team.
Essential skills required
·You have the experience/ability to confidently train people in Sage accounts
·With clear communication skills, you build strong customer relationships
·Excellent telephone manner
·You have an eye for detail and the ability to problem solve and reassure customers
·You have the desire to make the training your own, developing, and documenting processes
·You are able to work within a small team, offering ideas and giving feedback
Desirable but not essential skills required
·A basic knowledge of property management
·Previous support desk experience
·Good understanding of Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems
·AAT qualified
Salary depends on skills and experience, from £20,000.00
