Kashflow Data Extraction
Permalink Closed

Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone on here knew what happened to your data in Kashflow once you cancelled your subscription? Can you still view it online but just not work on it, or do you need to export all the information before your account is closed?

I have emailed Kashflow support and looked on their website but haven't been able to find an answer as yet!

Thanks to anyone who can help.

Becca

I think that's a question people need to ask about every cloud based solution - and one to which every provider of said cloud based solutions should make the answer abundantly clear to people before they sign up.

I don't know the answer, though. :)

You will need to extract your data using the various reporting options. KashFlow will usually grant access for a couple of days to allow you to do this if the licence has expired.

The other way is to receive a data backup on a regular basis - this is in a csv format.
