I am trying to find out about a warning on Heath Check regarding '3 year time limit exceeded', what does this mean and can I continue to make payments etc while this is appearing?

Thanks

This is the screen I get for Health Check (just as an example) - what "Program Area" is listed and similarly what "Item affected" ?

This is what the warning said

Program area Item affected Description
Company Criteria Some employees have been excluded from the employee list. Click Criteria and ensure the Pay Frequencies, Pay Methods, On Hold, On Holiday and Current Year Leavers check boxes have been set correctly.

Then when I went through employees it said 3 year time limit exceeded.

At the moment Sage is not answering calls or cutting me off, so very annoyed!
