QuickBooks training available

Hello everyone,

I head up the accountant programmes at Intuit UK and was recently made aware of the fact that many of you are seeking training on QuickBooks.  We have created a fairly extensive library of recorded webinars and they are completely free for you to view at any time of the day or night.  I encourage you to check them out, and then let me know of other topics that you would like.

You can register for the webinar channel here: http://www.intuit.co.uk/small-business-resources/webinars/webinars-for-accountants.jsp

We also have a lot of videos on YouTube, and our ProAdvisors often post new videos as a way to share their knowledge, but also to market their practices in a way that is very useful and low-key overall.  As we learn about ProAdvisors posting videos, we often feature them on our websites, our blog, and other marketing materials, so we try and get them as much exposure as possible.

You can view our QuickBooks UK videos by going to YouTube and searching on QuickBooks UK.   Be sure to check out videos by ProAdvisors as well!

You can view our Intuit UK Channel here:  http://www.youtube.com/user/IntuitUK

And lastly, we have training that is exclusively for ProAdvisors.  Once you become a member, you can log in to the ProAdvisor Member Website and take all five courses and download the manuals.  When you are ready, you can take the (optional) certification exam.  Certified ProAdvisors get priority listing on our Find a ProAdvisor Website, where small businesses go to find local QuickBooks experts.  If anyone wants the handbooks, please feel free to email me at alison_ball@intuit.com  and I am happy to send them out to you.  However the training and the certification exam is reserved for ProAdvisors.

I hope this is useful - I know we can do more in the training area, but please stay tuned.  I welcome your thoughts about what topics we should create next!

Kind regards,

Alison Ball
