Moneysoft Mid year start

Hi,

It's me again sorry....

I have just taken on a new client mid year ( one month actually so will process the payroll end of May.) In tools , mid year it asks for the figures for LEL ,LEL to PT, PT to UAP and UAP to UEL...where do I get these from? Are these the figures from the HMRC NI tables so LEL is £473 LEL to PT is £ 646 etc?

Best wishes

Georgie

You need the P11 reports from the previous software solution.

Thanks Tom,

One more question :0) The software is saying that an RTI is due for April...? When I look at the Pay Details April is greyed out so why is it telling me there are RTI returns due for that period?

Best wishes
Georgie

Just guessing but if you go into another client and come back, is it still behaving in the same way ?

Morning Tim,

Yes it does...very odd. And I think I have set it up right otherwise the first pay period on the pay details wouldn't be greyed out.
