Just wondered if anyone had any experiense woith dealing with this tax on share options scheme..

Just wondered what the initial cost is (confused by HMRC website) is it the cost of the shares @ Acquisition or the market value @ disposal..

Hi, have the options been exercised into shares, then the sale of the resulting shares or the sale of the actual option itself?

Also is this an approved scheme by HMRC?
