Hi - is anyone else using HMRC's Basic PAYE Tools - RTI version? If so, have you had to make any amendments to submissions yet? I have processed my June payroll, sent in my submission and now one of the employees has left, so I've manually worked out what her new (lower) June payment is, but can't see how to update HMRC with the revised info. I'm currently holding for the technical support desk but thought I would see if anyone on here has had to do this yet. Thanks in advance.
One of my customers was using it but (sorry this doesnt help you) - he ditched it because he had major problems completing the year end and it never produced payslips.
