Hi everyone, I have a my first ltd co client and I want to check my understanding of the deadlines are ok and would really appreciate your help:

Incorporated 15.6.11 and commenced trade on 22.9.11

15.6.11-30.6.12 accounts made up to

Tax returns made up to 15.06.11- 21.09.11 (Incorporation- commencement)

22.09.11-30.06.12 - commencement to 12m

Should the next accounts cover the period 1.7.12- 31.06.13 and be filed by 1.03.14? 9m1 day?

Congratulations on the new client.

So far as I can see, the next statutory accounts should cover the 12 months to 30/6/13 and should be submitted to Companies House within 9 months, that is, by 31/3/14. You can confirm this by looking at the Companies House website: http://wck2.companieshouse.gov.uk//wcframe?name=accessCompanyInfo

Also, you must pay Corporation Tax for y/e 30/6/13 by 1/4/14 (9 months and a day), and submit your tax return by 30/6/14 (one year).
