RTI Annual scheme fixed

Just to let people know that for those with clients on annual pay HMRC have now fixed it but are not telling anyone that they have been accepted onto annual and if the person makes more than one salary payment during the year then the scheme is cancelled for them (seems a tad unfair there where they didn't know that they had been accepted onto the scheme!).
