Journal for payment certificate with retention & CIS

Please could some help with the Journal i need to create for a payment certificate we recieve from our client? We are a construction firm and when we receive a weekly payment from the company we work for they send a payment certificate , i need to be able to seperate the figures :  I have scanned an example and would really appreciate it if anyone would have a template on sages journals they could send me the correct cr & dr and N/L to enter  , thank you
