Can anyone help I am starting up my own book keeping service. I would be grateful if anyone has a sample letter so i can introduce my new company/service to potential clients/accountants
Hi I have a letter that I sent out to accountants in my area, if you give me your email address I'll email it to you. It has only got me work from one accountant so far but it has been a lot of work.
Rachel
I've sent the letter to all the email addresses above, if anybody else wants it please can you email me raychelmc@hotmail.co.uk rather than post it on here, it's easier for me to just reply to the email and attach the letter. Thanks
can you include your first name (add to your profile and in your signature line) and little about yourself please in your first post. You know, just the basic stuff such as you being AAT, IAB, ICB, etc. or a student of one of the bodies. Are you already in practice, just starting out or just preparing for it.
For this one it's unlikely you'll get a response from the poster as Rachel's not been around for about a year and the thread itself is four years old.
I would say that things have become slightly more difficult since this one to get to accountants this way (we get A LOT of this type of letter) and a better bet would be attending networking events where you know that accountants will be and try to strike up a dialogue with them.
Kindest regards,
Shaun
