sales ledger

Hi everyone. I'm new to Sage so I need your help here.

My accountant ask me to print her the sales and purchase ledger of last year. But I could not find the sales ledger report on sage 50. I think I didn't look the right place. Can anyone tell me where to find it?

It sounds to me like she wants the sales and purchase day books reports. If you go to customers or suppliers and click reports then day book reports and you should be able to print a summary or detailed invoice/credit reports.

Hi Steve,

 

Thanks for your reply. But besides the Sales/purchase ledger, she also asked for sales/purchase day book. I assume they are not the same thing.

Hi Crina,

Try Customers | Reports | Aged Debtors Analysis (Summary).  This report will list the Debtors Ledger balances.

Also Suppliers | Reports | Aged Creditors Analysis (Summary).  This report will list the Creditors Ledger balances.
