We are a small sized firm of accountants based in East London requiring a part-time Book-keeper to join us, working from home, 10 hours a week; may suit an AAT/ATT qualified or part qualified ACCA, CIMA, work experience is imperative. 

We require: 

At least 1 year experience; 
Familiar with the preparation of accounts and tax returns for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies; 
Sound IT knowledge, including cloud software packages 

General qualities and attributes: 

Able to work to strict deadlines and time constraints; 
Task driven and able to prioritise work; 
Self-starter who can work on own initiative and requires minimal supervision; 
Excellent accuracy skills and time management; 
Good team player and ability to take instructions 


Responsibilities below are generalised and are in no way exhaustive: 

Preparation and completion of management accounts and final accounts of sole traders,   partnerships, and limited companies; 
Preparation and completion of VAT returns; 
Completion of various HMRC forms where required; 
Payroll;
