Bookkeeping and CRM package

I'm looking at options for an integrated or linked bookkeeping and CRM system - looking at Xero, I see that integrates with Capsule CRM. I'm sure I've heard of Capsule before and I wondered if it was on here.....has anyone got any experience of it, specifically how it works with Xero? Or are there any other suggestions that might work for a small charity looking for a relatively low cost, simple but effective system?

Thanks

Ruth

Ruth,

I've dipped my toes into ZOHO CRM and from what i saw its great! website version is rather 'clinical' but the app's for devices are great! They are really graffical and the phone based app aloows you to log calls to clients so you can keep track of things! Have a look at it. Its API based so works with the likes of Kashflow and Xero although I tried to intergrate it with Kashflow and it caused all sorts of issues. Not tried it with Xero yet, but give it a look! :D

Zoho is great, a really good CRM, we have clients who use if on Xero and QuickBooks Online, works well with both packages, if you really want to use Capsule, you can ask them to build a quick integration with the software you like, I did that with a time management software company who built a quick connection with QBO, its worth a shot.

Thanks for the replies...I've used Zoho before and liked it, but I'm looking for something with a ready-to-go Xero integration which is how I came across Capsule. Having had a play with it I'm very impressed, if anything I think I prefer it to Zoho.
