Monthly stock journals on Sage
Permalink Closed

Hi

I am book keeping for a manufacturing company and they have asked for  monthly/quarterly P & L's.  The accounts are on Sage so this is easy enough but in honesty,  for other Companies,  I have previously used a P & L template and entered the figures from Sage onto it, then done the opening and closing stock entries on the template only and left the stock figure on Sage alone till year end.

This client would like it done on Sage and says he previously used a stock movement account.

Any tips on quick way to do monthly opening and closing stock journals on Sage? Obviously I get the stock figures given to me.

Thanks

Not sure which version it came in but go to Modules > Wizards > Opening & Closing Stock - follow the 3 steps and it is done
