Is anyone monitored by hmrc for MLR? Rather than a professional body? Or have you been?

Have been. No problem with it but now moved under my IFA banner.

I have MLR through HMRC. Just send them the money once a year, get a registration renewal, and thats it really. Never had a call or anything but tbh I am very small fry lol.

Do you know if you are allowed to reference that you regulated by HMRC? like on your own website?
