HMRC jargon (lols can't spell!)

Hi on the HMRC website in the PAYE section where it shows your account for payments owed and paid. If it says 'specified charge' does this mean that HMRC have put in a figure based on past submissions because a submission hasn't been received for that period?

Yes - its based on previous amounts and represents what HMRC think you owe.
