Is this ok to put on the bottom of quotations?
Permalink Closed

Hi,

Is the below comments fair/legal to put on the bottom on my quotations to potential clients?

The first 2 invoices to new clients are prepayment,
Then Payment terms on our invoices are strictly 14 days from invoice date.
Invoices will be issued 14 days before completion of work.

Thanks

Stuart

Hi Stuart, 1st 2 lines acceptable, 3rd line unsure but then if you have stated it on your quotes then I can't see a problem as long as your clients are happy with this. But then it is up to the supplier to dictate payment/invoicing terms.
